Volume, measuring approximately 7.5" x 10", is bound in red cloth, with stamped gilt lettering to spine and the coat of arms of Berlin stamped in gold on front cover. Book shows very light shelfwear. Binding is firm. Interior is clean and bright. Numerous textual illustrations, including maps and building plans. Dust jacket exhibits shelfwear, with loss visible at foot of spine and adjacent front corner from removal of attachment. Small closed tear is present at top edge of rear panel. Jacket is preserved in mylar cover.
