This Russian-language work offers a review of the problems of Christian culture, modern civilization, ideological schematism and scientific methodology. The first part of the book is devoted to a reconstruction of the spiritual life and work of Russian philosopher Pyotr Yakovlevich Chaadayev (1794-1856), analyzing interpretations of his legacy and the characteristic features of his philosophy. The second part considers the essence of the divergencies between the values of a changing world, and the aims of a new ideology and the main anthropological and historical problems found in the work of Dostoevsky.
