Joaquim de Campos Leao, also known as Qorpo-Santo (1829-
1883), a Brazilian journalist and playwright, known for
having written the very first absurdist theatre plays, long
time before the term Theatre of the Absurd was coined. This
volume also includes the text of nine plays, and a
bibliography.
