Volume, measuring approximately 5.75" x 8.75", is bound in textured light brown cloth, with stamped gilt lettering to spine. Pictorial design offering a portrait of the author appears stamped in gold in the lower outside corner of front cover. Book is in excellent condition. Embossed stamp of previous owner appears in lower outside corner of front flyleaf.  Pages are clean and without markings. This work is illustrated with b&w photographs. Dust jacket exhibits three small tears, with minor loss, at top edge. Rear panel of jacket has a closed tear; front panel has vertical black markings. Jacket is now preserved in mylar cover.
