Dust jacket, with small white sticker on front flap showing price of $19.95, displays light shelfwear, with crease to upper inside corner of rear flap. Jacket is in mylar cover.
This postmodern work was the first novel written by British author John Fowles (1926-2005), but the third he published (1965). This revised edition contains a new six-page foreword by the author.
